HOW CAN I CHANGE ORDER PLACED ONLINE?

HOW DO I PAY?

There are 3 options for paying for your order:

  1. With the card (Bank Card option), no commission and safe for all customers
  2. Cash on delivery (Payment on delivery option)
  3. In advance (Bank transfer option)

HOW DO I PAY BILLS ISSUED ONLINE?

CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT IF THE CHOSEN SIZE IS TOO BIG / TOO SMALL?

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASED GOODS FOR EXCHANGE?

You can return directly from your account. Log in to your account using your username and password, then go to your order history. Open the order and press the "return product" button.

WHERE CAN I SEND PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE?

Items purchased online will be returned to the address of our headquarters: 68 Budiului Street, Tg Mures, Jud. Mures, postal code 540390.

HOW LONG CAN THE PRODUCTS BE CHANGED AND RETURNED?

Usually, the exchanges are returned within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the package, but not before sending the exchange request, according to the above steps.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STOCK AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM?

To check the stock availability of the product, click on its description or image. Check the required details (size, color) as needed.

CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK?

Unavailable products cannot be added to the order. For confirmation / reservations, please write to us at the email address client@renania.ro.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF A PRODUCT BECOMES AVAILABLE IN STOCK?

You can receive an alert when the stock is replenished. All you have to do is sign in with your username and password. Scroll to the desired product, select the desired size / color, and press the "Notify me when it appears" button.

CAN I BUY ITEMS UNAVAILABLE ON THE SITE FROM SHOWROOMS?

The available stock of the central warehouse (Tg mureş) can be checked on the site.

CAN DELIVERIES BE MADE ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY?

Yes, the delivery can be made in any locality on the Romanian territory.

DO THE PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK APPEAR ON THE INVOICE?

No, unavailable products are not billed.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN TRANSMITTED?

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.

HOW CAN I CANCEL ORDER?

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER DELIVERY ADDRESS?

WHEN DO I RECEIVE ORDERED PRODUCTS?

Usually, the ordered products are delivered within 24-48 hours (working days) from the date of receipt of the order.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE PACKAGE AWB NUMBER?

Our system automatically sends an email with the awb number to the email address with which you registered your account. If you do not receive this message, please write us a request at comanda@renania.ro stating the order number.

WITH WHICH COURIER COMPANY IS THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER?

All orders are delivered with GLS courier, and for orders over 250 RON + VAT, shipping is free. Upon request, we can ship with other courier companies, except for orders with cash on delivery.
