Return policy for individual customers

Dear Client,

Thank you for choosing us to be your equipment supplier and consultant in occupational safety and health procedures. We assure you that the Rhineland team is constantly striving to improve the quality of the services provided and to make our collaboration more efficient.

For the best possible collaboration, please consider the following aspects:

1. RECEIVING PACKAGES "FRAGILE" LABELS

  • Visually check the integrity of the package and if there are suspicions of burglary, it shows traces of moisture or damage, ask the representative of the courier company to complete a Observation Report
  • Sign to receive the package
  • Check the contents of the package for the integrity of the items, and if they show any signs of damage, ask your courier representative to complete a Observation Report

2. ON RECEIPT OF PACKAGES LABELING "RETURN DOCUMENTS" AND "CONTAINS INVOICE"

  • Open each package with these labels and sign a copy of the accompanying document
  • Sign to receive the package
  • Hand the signed copy to the representative of the courier company, and if you want, you can make mentions on the document.

RETURN OF GOODS

1. ON RETURN OF PRODUCTS AS A RESULT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Fill in the return form
  • The return form should be sent to reclamatii@renania.ro
  • To have been purchased a maximum of 30 days ago
  • To be packed individually, in the original packaging and to contain all the accessories and labels
  • Do not show signs of wear, damage or wear
  • To be accompanied by a copy of the document justifying the acquisition
  • Damage to the products or putting them in a state of unsaleability leads to the refusal of the return.
  • If the above conditions are met, the return payment will be borne by the supplier (payment to the recipient) only for package pick-up requests processed by Rhineland representatives.

2. WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED AS A RESULT OF A QUALITY INCONCORDANCE DISCOVERED DURING THE PERIOD OF USE:

  • Fill in the return form
  • The return form should be sent to reclamatii@renania.ro
  • Obtain acceptance of the return from the Rhineland as part of the process of resolving the qualitative complaint, informing us of your intention at reclamatii@renania.ro
  • To be in the warranty period specified in the acquisition document
  • To be accompanied by a copy of the document justifying the acquisition
  • If the above conditions are met, the return payment will be borne by the supplier (payment to the recipient) only for package pick-up requests processed by Rhineland representatives.

3. WHEN RETURNING PRODUCTS TO EXCHANGE WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT:

  • Fill in the return form
  • The return form should be sent to reclamatii@renania.ro.
  • It can only be done with the same item - resize / color change.
  • To be accompanied by a copy of the document justifying the acquisition.
  • To have been purchased a maximum of 30 days ago.
  • To be packed individually, in the original packaging and to contain all the accessories and labels.
  • A Renania representative will process the package pick-up request, and the cost of transport will be borne by you 11 Ron + VAT / return + 11 Ron + VAT / return

4. CONDITIONS OF RETURN OF GOODS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF RENANIA THAT DOES NOT FALL INTO THE ABOVE CASES

  • Fill in the return form
  • Send the return request to reclamatii@renania.ro, specifying the reason for the return
  • To be accompanied by a copy of the document justifying the acquisition
  • To be purchased a maximum of 30 days ago
